Getting you
where you need
to go
Reliable supported transport for appointments, work, study and community life — driven by familiar, trained support workers who arrive on time, every time.
Not a taxi.
A familiar face.
Supported transport is about more than getting from A to B. It's the familiar face at the door who knows your routine, the steady driving that doesn't spike your anxiety, the conversation on the way that turns a stressful appointment into a manageable one.
We deliver transport the same way we deliver everything else — with the same support workers, on a reliable schedule, matched to the person, not the postcode.
Whether it's a regular weekly run or a one-off trip, we plan ahead, confirm the day before, and arrive when we say we will.
The trips we
help with
Anything on your schedule, we can probably help you get to. Below are the most common trips we support — just ask if yours isn't listed.
Medical & Allied Health
GP, specialist, pathology, dentist, physio, OT, psychologist, psychiatrist. We wait, help you navigate reception, and bring you home afterwards.
Work & Study
Regular commutes to jobs, TAFE, university or training programs. Reliable pickup windows so your work or study routine doesn't get disrupted.
Shopping & Errands
Supermarket runs, pharmacy, post office, bank. Come along and choose for yourself, or we'll take care of it and deliver back to you.
Social & Community
Getting to community groups, church, temple, family visits, coffee catch-ups, and the activities that keep you connected to the people who matter.
Leisure & Outings
Movies, concerts, sports events, beach days, parks, day trips. The fun stuff — because getting out for joy matters as much as getting to obligations.
Exercise & Wellbeing
Gym, pool, walking groups, hydrotherapy, sports clubs. Routine transport to the activities that keep you physically and mentally well.
The standards
behind the wheel
Transport shouldn't be the weakest part of your support. Here's what sits behind every one of our trips.
Licensed & Insured Drivers
All support workers who drive hold current licences appropriate to the vehicle, with commercial passenger insurance and NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
First-Aid Trained
Drivers are trained in first aid and know how to respond if something happens mid-trip — a seizure, a panic episode, a medical issue.
Safe-Transfer Practice
Where you need help getting in and out of the vehicle, we use proper manual handling technique — protecting you and the worker alike.
Calm, Considered Driving
Predictable speed, gentle braking, no sudden lane changes. Especially important for participants with sensory, anxiety or motion-sensitivity needs.
Communication On The Way
Running late? You'll know. Traffic diversion? You'll know. We over-communicate, especially where routine changes cause stress.
The Same Familiar Face
We try hard to match you with one or two regular drivers so each trip feels predictable, safe, and built on a relationship — not a stranger ride.
Easy to book,
easy to change
Regular transport is scheduled in advance and locked in. One-off trips can usually be accommodated with 48 hours notice. Urgent trips — just call us.
Tell us about the trip
Pickup, destination, timing, wait time needed. Any special considerations — mobility aids, travel anxiety, preferred route.
We confirm details
Driver matched, pickup window confirmed, quote provided. You'll get written confirmation so there's no ambiguity.
Reminder the day before
A friendly check-in 24 hours before your trip, confirming pickup time and flagging anything that might be different.
We arrive on time
At the agreed time, at the agreed door. If anything changes en route, you'll hear from us first — not the other way around.
Transport Core Supports
Most NDIS participants have a Transport funding line under Core Supports — an allocation specifically for getting to and from community, work, study and other essential activities.
We work with both plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Provider time & support
Where your trip also includes support work (e.g. accompanying you to an appointment, helping during the trip), that portion is typically claimed under Assistance with Daily Life or Community Participation.
Not sure which budget covers what? Call us — we'll help you work it out.
Let's get you
moving
Whether it's a regular weekly run, a single appointment, or you just want to know if we cover your area — a quick conversation is all it takes.
