Specialist NDIS
support for the
people we know best
A small Melbourne-East provider for adults living with psychosocial disability and autism — including Hindi and Punjabi-speaking participants who deserve support that understands them. Same workers each week. Phones answered. Plans honoured.

We don't try to be
everything to everyone
Anchor & Aim is a small, deliberately focused NDIS provider. We've built our team, training and culture around six areas where we know we can deliver consistently better support — the kind that actually changes how someone's week feels.
When NDIS support
doesn't quite work
Most families we speak to have been through more than one provider. They come to us with the same recurring frustrations — and we've built Anchor & Aim specifically to do better on each one.
Where consistency
actually changes things
Within those specialisations, here's what life often looks like for the participants who do best with us. If any of these feel familiar, we're probably a good fit.
Psychosocial Disability
Mental-health-related disability, including participants managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia and complex trauma. Routine, trust and continuity matter here.
Autism Spectrum (Adults)
Adults on the spectrum navigating independent living, employment, study and social connection — with support shaped around sensory needs, communication preferences and pace.
Anxiety & Social Isolation
Participants rebuilding confidence after long periods of isolation. We go at your pace — small steps out, then bigger ones, with the same familiar worker each time.
Routine & Independence
Anyone whose support plan is about establishing reliable routines, building life skills, and gradually doing more independently. Consistency is our specialty.
Support that doesn't lose
something in translation
For many CALD families, finding a provider that simply understands matters as much as the support itself. Our team includes Hindi and Punjabi-speaking workers, and a director who grew up navigating both worlds — so the cultural cues, the food, the gender preferences and the family conversations don't have to be explained from scratch.
We work with a growing community of Indian, Punjabi, Sikh and Hindu families across Box Hill, Doncaster, Ringwood, Casey and the wider eastern corridor — and we'd be glad to hear from you, whatever language you're most comfortable in.
What culturally confident support looks like
- Same-language conversations for parents & participants who prefer them
- Worker matching that respects gender preferences for personal care
- Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary or cultural food preferences understood without negotiation
- Comfort supporting church, temple, gurdwara, mosque or any place of worship — plus festivals & family events
- Awareness of stigma, family privacy & the things people don't say out loud
- Respect for elder dynamics & multi-generational households

Why Anchor
& Aim exists
I started Anchor & Aim because I kept hearing the same story from families — inconsistent workers, slow communication, support that didn't quite fit. I wanted to build something different.
Over years of working in disability support, I noticed that the best moments always came from the simplest things: the same worker arriving at the same time, remembering what mattered last week, and treating the participant as a person — not a shift.
Anchor & Aim was built around that idea. We deliberately keep our team small so we can hold onto quality. We invest in our support workers properly, so they stay. And we stay close to every participant, because that's how trust is built.
If you're tired of the usual experience and looking for something more reliable, more personal, and more responsive — I'd be glad to hear from you.
Built around our
specialisations
Our service mix is shaped by the participants we support best. Psychosocial, autism and culturally confident support sit at the centre — with the everyday supports that wrap around them. Tap any card to find out more.
We also provide Supported Independent Living, High Intensity Support and Community Nursing for participants whose plans need them.
The kind of feedback
we work to earn
We're a new provider, deliberately growing slowly. The voices below are placeholders representing the kind of feedback we're hearing from early participants, families and coordinators — we'll replace each one with named, attributable reviews as participants give us permission to share them.
After three providers in two years, Anchor & Aim was the first team that kept the same workers showing up — week after week. My son's anxiety dropped within a month.
Being able to speak Punjabi with my dad's support worker took away half the daily stress. He'll actually accept help now — he wasn't before.
Honestly the most refreshing thing is they answer the phone. When I refer to Anchor & Aim, I know I won't be chasing them next week. That's rare.
My worker doesn't push. We started with a coffee out the front of the house. Now we're going into Eastland together. Small steps, but they're mine.
The director picks up the phone himself. When something needed to change at short notice, the answer came back the same afternoon — not next week.
They asked about gender preferences for personal care without me having to bring it up. Small thing. Meant a lot to my mother.
