Providing stable, boutique NDIS Disability Care support for participants of all ages across Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.
We provide a reliable foundation of care, ensuring safety and consistency in every shift.
To us, care is a personal pledge. We honour our commitments to participants and their families.
We don’t just provide support; we help you hit your independence targets and life goals.
Our Commitment to You
We support NDIS participants of all ages across Melbourne’s east and outer east — from young adults transitioning to independent living, through to adults with complex or high-intensity support needs. We currently operate across the Maroondah, Whitehorse, Knox, Yarra Ranges and Manningham council areas, with plans to grow.
We support participants across Melbourne’s east and outer east — in your home, in the community, and everywhere in between. Starting local, growing with you.
Anchor & Aim Support was born out of a simple observation: The disability sector needs more than just service providers; it needs partners.
Our organisation is built on the belief that a participant can only aim for the stars when they are anchored in a safe, stable environment. We move away from the “clinical” approach to provide boutique, tailored support that treats participants like individuals, not line items.
Jatinder founded Anchor & Aim Support with a clear mission: to build a support service that participants and families can genuinely trust. With firsthand experience of the challenges faced by NDIS participants navigating a complex system, Jatinder is committed to creating a provider that puts people first — one that is responsive, honest, and focused on real outcomes.
Every worker at Anchor & Aim is personally vetted, screened, and supported. We believe the quality of care comes down to the people delivering it — and we take that seriously.
All workers engaged by Anchor & Aim hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance before commencing any support work.
We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates of currency are available on request.
We operate in full compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct. All workers are trained in their obligations before their first shift.
We have clear incident management and mandatory reporting processes in place, including escalation to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission where required.
We are currently in the process of formal NDIS registration. We currently accept Plan-Managed and Self-Managed participants.
Workers are supported through regular supervision, performance reviews, and continuing professional development.
We do what we say we will do. Our word is our bond, and we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards of honesty and reliability.
We believe in the potential of every participant to build new skills. Together, we set meaningful goals and work tirelessly to achieve them.
We honour the dignity and choices of our participants and their families. Your voice matters, and we listen with empathy and understanding.
